Lovely non-smoking environment and backyard for "quiet" recreation. Close to iconic landmarks. Air-conditioned rooms with a shared lounge. So glad Teterboro and LaGuardia are the nearest airports, because who needs convenience?

I loved the completely non-smoking environment, perfect for those of us who prefer to breathe clean air. The shared lounge was a great place to relax and meet fellow guests. Oh, and the city views were absolutely breathtaking!

Who needs a convenient airport nearby? Surely, Teterboro and LaGuardia airports are just way too convenient for my liking.

I really got great value for my money at this hotel in Chelsea. The room was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Great location near Penn Station, easy access to public transportation. Building in good condition. Well-equipped kitchens and laundry facilities. Clean bathroom and functional air conditioning. Multiple food options nearby.

The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice touch to start off the New Year. The location is perfect for tourists who want to explore a city on foot. It's close to major attractions and restaurants, so you don't have to go far for entertainment. The room had plenty of space for my luggage, and it was easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. Best of all, I met friendly and fun groups of people from all over the world!

My stay was ruined by the state of the room. Some fixtures didn't seem to function, the bathroom was covered in ants, and the room above mine had some strange noise that kept disturbing my nights.

I also loved that the hotel had a kitchen and laundry facilities available for guests to use.

The hotel is located in a very nice area near the High Line in Chelsea, within walking distance to several subway stations connecting you to different parts of the city. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and comfortable.

My stay at Incentra Home Chelsea was a pleasant one. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Penn Station. The shared bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the staff's effort in making sure I had a comfortable stay.
